I saw Mary Ellen speak at an Ignite event about how to have difficult conversations without conflict. I really enjoyed the talk - not only did I learn a lot about compassionate conversations but she made great recommendations about how to apply these techniques to all aspects of life including personal which made the talk resonate a lot more!
